Why does it have to go so fast?
Men:
When they're kids, they race their bikes.
In their late teens/20's, they race their sports car/hotrod.
In their 30's, they race their minivan/SUV.
In their 40's/50's, they race their corvette/porsche (mid-life crisis).
When does it end?
In their 70's and 80's, they will probably race their walkers and wheelchairs.
I guess it's just one of those "guy" things.

Whenever I complain about Joe driving too fast, he says, "Inside every man is a boy and inside every boy is a race car driver."
You mean, you call 80 miles an hour RACE? It's crawling.
No, 80 mph is not a race, so why does it need to be "able to go" 120 or whatever? And what they really want is to be able to start fast. How fast can it accelerate? I must admit that I am generalizing, and these statements may not apply to all men. :)
